The American brand Xango came to Europe to launch their new cosmetic line on the European Market;
Distributors from all over Europe came to Brussels Expo to attend the 2 days training session. Impressive! They all arrived with national flags, branded t-shirts believing already in the new product of the brand they are so proud of.
"If you want it to work, you need to work hard!" That is why @dmire has been chosen as Professional Conference Organizer to help Xango with the logistic, technical and administrative side of their conference. Together with the Xango staff we have created a nice display area in Hall 10 of Brussels Expo; one guide line that had to be respected: orange which gave a nice and warm feeling of an usual cold place. The furniture and decoration has been chosen meticulously to match the brand image.
Also during the conference in the Auditorium 2000 a lot of logistical aspects had to be taken care of. Sound, music, photography and filming, the result was up to the expectations of the client because we believe in the quality of our service and in the relation we have built with our partners.
