While we have plenty hybrid and virtual meetings taking place @dmire also get organised on managing life meetings conferences and events following fhe new normal standards in line with national measures for the Event Industry.
@dmire where safety and security comes first, has therefore taken the following measurements into account, effective immediately until new instructions are available.
• Social distancing shall be controlled wherever possible
• The maximum amount of visitors per square meter will be calculated
• Where needed: Tickets will be sold prior to the event date and will have a timeslot to minimize the number of attendants. Eg; museum visits -
• Entrances and exits will be separated at meeting venues
• Masks, sanitary gels and gloves will be a common use for every attendant
• Our staff wear face masks and will instruct attendees to do the same
• One-way directions in corridors at exhibitions or workshops will be in use.
• Frequent cleaning of door handles, toilets, surfaces, desks
• A risk analysis per event will be made
• A body temperature scan will be present at the entrance for larger events
• An action plan will be in use in case someone has a high temperature or any other signs of illness
• Digital Exchange of business cards and documentation
• Any payments to be made on site will be electronically ; no cash allowed.
• Premade sealed food and drinks will be available.
