Organizing concerts Fast and Efficient

For this American choir group,  the concerts needed to be organized together with an overall  sightseeing program.

During this very hectic post-covid busy period all coach companies  and  guides were fully booked.  @dmire managed however to design a discovery program in Brussels, Waterloo and Bruges so that 119 people could enjoy their first  tour in Belgium.

And yes in only 2 days we also succeeded to arrange the official permission  for concert performances – We got the music instruments and material delivered in due time 

And they got a perfect blend of sounds at the magnificent church of Saint François d'Assise in Waterloo where they performed accompanied by the sound of the organ for all their relatives and local residents.

But also in Bruges, at the market square  surrounded by many tourists the singers could perform ‘a Capella’

After this challenging last minute visit they took the road to France to continue their tour with great memories of hospitality in Belgium.
